About the Organization
Randhir Singh Duhan, a retired Senior PCS Executive Officer of U.P. who served as Additional Commissioner (Judicial) in Meerut, boasts a rich 30-year experience in the field of law. He practices at various prestigious courts, including the Delhi High Court, Supreme Court of India, Punjab and Haryana High Court at Chandigarh, and the Allahabad High Court Judicature at Allahabad, among others in North India.
His educational qualifications include an M.A. in English, Political Science, and Military Science, a PG Diploma in Human Rights, Journalism & Mass Communication, an LL.M., and an M.Phil in Law, with the distinction of being a Gold Medalist. He specializes in the Land Revenue Laws of India, Land Acquisition, various Acts of the country, Service Laws, Recovery Matters of Banks, DRT, NCLT, Consumer Law, and accommodating any speciality intern demands.
Nature of Internship
Candidates may be permanent, and perks may be given based on work performance. There is a huge work of Land acquisition matters all over India, Bank Matters, etc. Honorarium and perks will depend upon the performance of the Interns/Advocates. Proper training shall be imparted. In addition to it, free guidance for PCS (J) and HJS all over India will be given free of cost.
Eligibility
Any candidate who has done LL.B. or is pursuing a final year of LL.B. or LL.M. Students.
Number of Interns
5 to 10 Interns at a time and Law graduates, Fresher’s Advocate can be adjusted up to no. of 20 Advocates.
Location
Meerut (U.P.) near Defense Colony Meerut (Physical only in exceptional cases, online allowed). (Fresher Advocates are only for the physical association.)
Duration
For Intern/Advocates, a minimum of four weeks and throughout the year with advance information.
Stipend
It is not assured but can be given on the basis of the candidate’s work performance. Work is available all over India in each State.
