Hari Hara Veera Mallu Part 1 teaser: Pawan Kalyan is the vigilante warrior saving people from an evil emperor

Actor-turned-politician Pawan Kalyan, who has formed a coalition with the Bharatiya Janata Party for the ongoing Lok Sabha elections, seems to have chosen an script that is in consonance with his political aspirations. Hari Hara Veera Mallu Part 1- Sword vs Spirit promotes Pawan Kalyan as a savior of the people, who are oppressed by a Mughal emperor.

The running theme of the teaser is oppression. The native king is oppressed by the Nawab of the region, who is in turn is lorded over by the emperor. Bobby Deol, who has become a favorite of directors from the south, has been roped in to play the antagonist in this film — the evil emperor. On the other hand, Pawan Kalyan is stylish as the sword-wielding warrior, and like his previous ventures like Gabbar Singh, the actor is seen wearing red in this too. Let’s just say the symbolism is overwhelming in the promo.

The teaser has also been released in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.

What stands out in the teaser is the costly production design. A Dayakar Rao is producing the film under Mega Surya Film, while, AM Rathnam, who is riding on the success of Ghilli’s re-release, is presenting the movie. Oscar winner MM Keeravani composing the songs and background score. Nidhhi Agerwal, M. Nassar, Sunil, Raghubabu, Subbaraju, and Nora Fatehi play important roles in the film.

Earlier, there were rumours that the film may be shelved as Pawan Kalyan is focusing on politics. However, the actor promised that the film will be released. The delay in the making is due to the extensive CGI work in the film as it is set in the 17th century.
